Meet dream chaser Tertius Nyawose

22 May, 2016

Tertius Nyawose has always fiercely pursued what he wants. As a teenager growing up in Port Shepstone, he cleaned the local gym to be able to train there, because he couldn’t afford the membership. When his mother – a domestic worker – needed help paying the bills, he juggled multiple jobs to support her.

Faced with the challenge of funding his own legal studies, he walked into the Virgin Active in Melrose Arch, asked for a job and, ultimately became a personal trainer. For years, he’s been working and studying to become an attorney – his dream since childhood – and he’s finally been admitted.

As Nyawose swaps tracksuits and trainers for tailored suits, he maintains the secret to success is consistency, discipline and focus. Hear his incredible journey on Face to Face with Success.
