When former journalist, Rachel Irvine, realised she was the worst paid link in the media value chain, she decided to do something about it. Now, she runs her own specialist PR company with an enviable list of blue chip clients, including Google. If that wasn’t enough, she also recently started a cheese factory. Yes, cheese. Here she talks about how backing yourself is the best thing you’ll ever do and that if you’re the smartest person in the room, you need to find another room.
